The programme is tailored to suit your individual needs. It is broken down into 3 tiers – the base level is Retail Partner Plus, mid-level is Retail Partner Premier and top level is Retail Partner Gold. Each level of the programme is based on variable benefits agreed between STL Distribution and the retailer, with incremental enhancements as the retailer grows their business with STL Distribution.

Our Initial Stock Order Package service is not currently available, however our Area Sales Managers will be happy to help and advise regarding your initial stock purchase. For a list of our ASMs please go here.

See-Safe is a facility which helps a Retailer to resource an event. Retailers can use the facility to purchase stock or quantities of a title that they would not normally carry. At the end of the event, the See-Safe facility permits up to 50% of the See-Safe stock to be returned for credit provided that this stock is received back at STL within 30 days from the original invoice date.

All See-Safe requests require authorisation before being processed and must be accompanied by a signed copy of our See-Safe Agreement form which also explains the Terms and Conditions under which See-Safe orders are fulfilled.

The minimum order value for See-Safe terms is £200 retail. All See-Safe orders should be received at STL Distribution at least 3 weeks prior to the delivery date requested for the order. While 50% is our standard See-Safe term, higher levels of See-Safe may be considered for major events and author signing events.

Stockfile Download

The STL Distribution stock file is now available as a download. Simply click on the link provided to download this onto your computer. Please note the file is in csv format (loadable into a spreadsheet application) and carries only titles currently in print – i.e. it excludes titles that are DEL and DEL OP.
